Bring a project you're working on and an item or two to imbue with black walnut dye (optional) or just come hang out!

Some walnut dye FAQ:
-WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Clean, light colored natural fiber (like cotton, linen, rayon, silk, wool) clothing or yarn. If you know how to scour your item/s forgiving and thaye fust ime. Bring a Wilock or grocery bag to take your wet item/s home in. Gloves and an apron are helpful if you don't want your skin and clothing stained.
-CAN I DYE MORE THAN ONE THING?
Sure, as long as we're all being mindful about how many people are using the dye pot there should be enough to go around.
-HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DYED ITEM/S?
I like to hang whatever l've dyed outside to fully dry before washing it in the washing machine with a gentle detergent (wash it alone or with dark clothing the first wash) Bare minimum: let the dye sit on your textiles for as long as possible before washing it out so it has time to bond with the fiber
-IS THIS A CLASS?
Nope, it's just a free event celebrating the abundance of Black Walnuts and creative community!
